how do i contact my provider?
Send a secure message through the Sessions Health portal chat feature. You can be as detailed and personal as you’d like here; it is fully secure.
Give a call at 561-570-2112 and if Dr. Rozycki is unavailable, you can leave a voicemail. This is secure, and only Dr. Rozycki can access this.
But DO NOT TEXT this phone number! Texting is not secure!
Email: DrRozycki@arose-etherapy.com
Now that you are an AROSE eTherapy® client, emails will be encrypted. This is secure, but there is always a risk with email that messages can be intercepted.
what if i have an emergency?
This practice is not an emergency service. If you are having a clinical emergency (i.e., feeling suicidal or homicidal) and need assistance immediately, please:
*call the suicide and crisis hotline at 988
*go to your nearest emergency room or call 911
*go to your primary care office during office hours
Yes, your provider would like to be contacted by you as well, but getting you to safety is the top priority. Contact your provider via the options listed above.
is online therapy available
from anywhere in the world?
Not quite. State licensure rules need to be followed based on your location at the time of the service. Each state is unique with its regulations. Each country is also unique with its regulations. Many people believe telehealth means both they and their provider can be anywhere on the planet and still receive services—unfortunately it’s determined on a location by location basis. AROSE eTherapy® serves Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Maryland, and Pennsylvania.
There are additional states where services can be offered such as Arizona or California with limitations. Still more states allow for something akin to a temporary pass for a few sessions. Sessions may have to be delayed if you’re traveling for personal or business reasons outside of our catchment area, depending on the state / country. Tricky, but you will be guided through that.
